Artist’s Village applications will be accepted through August 1st, 2022.  All artists must be approved by the art director before they may be allowed to paint/vend at the event.  Festival is held rain or shine. Booth/Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.  If the event is postponed due to health restrictions then you will receive a spot at the rescheduled event.

5x5 Space / Live - ($50) Live painting without electricity.  All live painters are allowed to sell & display three pieces of art (two on the ground, one on their respective easel).  Your name/website will be listed on website, but NOT the print program.

10x10 Space - ($100) Vending/painting where you provide your own tent and tables.  This option includes electricity, website/program inclusion and social media promotions.

10x20 Space - ($150) Vending/painting where you provide your own tent and tables.  This option includes electricity, website/program inclusion and social media promotions.

**NOTE: Live-artists are prohibited to bring tables for displaying  but a small table for your art supplies is allowed. IF you need a table to sell and display your art, we recommend renting a 10x10 vending space, in which you may create your art live, as well as vend any pieces or prints that you would like.

Hold Harmless Agreement

In consideration of all the work done by the vendor or participant on the 2021 St. Louis World’s Fare Heritage Festival, they hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the City of St. Louis, St. Louis World’s Fare, it’s Board members, their officers, agents and their employees from any personal injury costs and expenses, occurring to anyone in, or about the area of said vending/displaying of goods and/or services.  The participant is acting as an independent contractor not under the continuing supervision and control of the St. Louis World’s Fare, or the City of St. Louis, and agrees that St. Louis World’s Fare and the City of St. Louis shall not, under any circumstances, be liable under or by any reason of the Agreement, directly or indirectly, for any accidents, injury, breakage, or damage to property or persons whatsoever growing out of any activities laws, ordinances, regulation guidelines and rules.  Participant agrees to be responsible for all employees, agents and contractors of the participant's area. Any concessionaire or employee, agent or contractor of vendor/participant who violates any such laws, ordinance, regulations, guidelines or rule in connection with the questions of the vended area shall forfeit the vendor/participant and be disqualified from participating in the St. Louis World’s Fare in the future.  In this event, participants shall cease all business activities and vacate the premises immediately forfeiting all fees and deposits.
